The following General Conditions, Sales Conditions and Information Treatment Policy regulate the use of the site www.sadipaulbrancart.com (hereinafter "website"), of which IMAGO CONSULT ® SAS (hereinafter "IMAGO CONSULT ®" ) with NIT 900781469-5 and address at Carrera 6 # 54-04, Chapinero Alto, Bogotá DC, Colombia, is the owner.
Through www.sadipaulbrancart.com, IMAGO CONSULT ® provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. In this sense, Clients accept the Terms and Conditions contained in this document, to the extent that this may be applicable to them.

IMAGO CONSULT® informs the Client that the units available on the website correspond to the stock in the warehouse. In no case will IMAGO CONSULT® intentionally put more units on sale than it has available and inform the platform of the products that are out of stock.
IMAGO CONSULT®, in cases that are difficult to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, where the quantity in available inventory differs from the order placed, IMAGO CONSULT® will inform the Client via email of the total or partial cancellation of their order, so that you can select new products for your order or if the Client requests a refund of money, this will be made in accordance with the provisions of "RETURNS".
In Colombia, all product prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT and other taxes that may apply. But they do not include the costs corresponding to the shipment of the products, which are detailed in "SHIPPING METHOD" and must be accepted by the Customer.
Outside of Colombia, in particular in the United States of America, prices are in USD and do not include VAT and other taxes that may apply. Nor do they include the taxes that could correspond in the country of destination that are paid by the Client.
The Customer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed, the clothing plus the corresponding shipping costs and taxes. Payments are made through PayPal in the USA and are subject to its conditions and security protocols. Customers can use credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners franchises, their debit card through PayPal.
If the transaction is rejected, the Client may contact his bank directly to verify the cause of the rejection. If the payment is successful, the Client will receive an email, to the email registered in the purchase form. All transactions will be subject to verification of the effective deposit of the money in the IMAGO CONSULT® bank account and additional verifications.
IMAGO CONSULT® reserves the right to validate pertinent data through PayPal, which demonstrate the correct identity of the cardholder in order to prevent impersonation or fraud. The order will not be sent until the information is verified.
Although IMAGO CONSULT® has a secure connection system for making payments for all purchases, in no case will it be responsible for failures in the communications of banking entities, as well as for damages caused to Clients by said entities. .
In case of suspicion or verification of the improper use of the payment gateway including attempted fraud, “hacking” activities or attempted violation of security systems, IMAGO CONSULT® may initiate the corresponding legal actions.
IMAGO CONSULT® does not assume any responsibility when the user has not proceeded to notify the corresponding financial entities of the loss, misuse, theft or theft of the instruments or personal information conferred by them to carry out transactions.
The Client must notify IMAGO CONSULT® of any undue charge on the card used for purchases in the shortest time possible so that IMAGO CONSULT® can take the appropriate steps.
I. Product delivery
IMAGO CONSULT® undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client in the shipping data form. In order to optimize delivery, IMAGO CONSULT® suggests that the Customer indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours. IMAGO CONSULT® will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the shipping data form does not match reality, or some data has been omitted.
II. Delivery term
IMAGO CONSULT® makes shipments using the services of a shipping company. The order placed will normally be delivered within a maximum period of 10 working days from the invoice date, depending on the Customer's location. This period will be in most cases much shorter, particularly if the destination is in Bogotá DC and main cities. This period may be exceeded in the case of deliveries outside of Colombia.
The Client must take into account that non-business days such as Saturdays, Sundays or holidays may delay their order a little.
These deadlines are an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays in deliveries, IMAGO CONSULT® will inform the Client as soon as it knows about it.
II. Delivery data, deliveries not made and loss
If the transport company is going to deliver an order and the Customer is not present; the carrier will try again up to two more times (generally on consecutive days). If a problem is reported with the delivery, IMAGO CONSULT ® communicates with the Client to provide a solution to it. In the event that IMAGO CONSULT ® cannot communicate, the order will be returned to our Distribution Center and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, this is evidenced through the package tracking system used by the transport company.
If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, the transport company will initiate an investigation. In this case IMAGO CONSULT ® will be in contact with the Client to make a new dispatch or return.
IV. Problems at the time of delivery
The Customer must check the good condition of the package at the time of receiving it. If, after reviewing the product, the Client sees signs of having been opened or identifies any imperfect caused in the transport, the Client undertakes to notify IMAGO CONSULT ® in the shortest possible time within the following 48 hours from delivery, writing to firstname.lastname@example.org : from that moment on, incidents of this type will not be dealt with.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
To request an exchange or return, the Client can approach our offices, with the clothes new and in perfect condition, all their labels and tags attached - without having been detached from the garment - and the corresponding purchase invoice.
Changes or returns can be made up to a maximum of 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. The changes do not apply to SALE category clothing.
I. Changes of clothes
To make a change, the Client must contact IMAGO CONSULT ® to approve it. In case of being the first change, the Customer only assumes the value of shipping the clothes to IMAGO CONSULT ®, and IMAGO CONSULT ® will send the new clothes at no shipping cost. From the second change in the same order, the Customer assumes all shipping costs. IMAGO CONSULT ® will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent. The Client can send it through the courier company of her choice.
II. Refund of money
The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the value of the returned products. Only in the case where the delivered product is defective or incorrect, IMAGO CONSULT ® will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs, otherwise there will be no returns of the shipping cost.
Returns and partial order cancellations will result in partial refunds. IMAGO CONSULT ® will accept order cancellations when requested prior to shipment. To make the cancellation, the Client must communicate by writing to the email email@example.com clearly mentioning their data.
The application of the refund will depend on the means agreed with the client. If the money will be disbursed on a debit card, the term is up to 30 business days, if it is a credit card, it will depend on the financial entity and the refund times determined by PayPal, which are approximately 30 business days.
To make a guarantee effective, the Client has two options:
1. Come to our office in Bogotá DC, with the clothes and the corresponding purchase invoice.
2. Send the photos of the garment with problems to IMAGO CONSULT ®
firstname.lastname@example.org to evaluate the case and be able to schedule the collection of defective clothing and send the new one. IMAGO CONSULT ® assumes both the value of the return shipment and the shipment of the new clothing to the customer's location.
The warranty will lose its validity after 60 days from the date of purchase, or in case of defects or deterioration caused by external factors such as: accidents, wear and tear due to use and washing, or by care not in accordance with the instructions given on the internal labels of clothes.
Products modified or repaired by the Customer are excluded from the guarantee and will not cover products damaged by improper use.
SECURITY IN THE E-COMMERCE
Making payments through the IMAGO CONSULT ® website is safe because:
IMAGO CONSULT ® has maximum security measures. The process works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection that ensures that it is only intelligible for the Client's computer and that of the E-Commerce.
